  • Module 1: Difference in Management Landscape - Explores the 3 elements of the workplace that are impacted as companies go through crisis or massive change. Brings an awareness about the employee experience to help managers understand why they are seeing employees behave a certain way and to help them mitigate future negative behaviours. 

  • Module 2: Vision and Values as tools - Focuses on managers reflecting and communicating to the team during crisis and change through the lens of the visions and values of the organization. How to keep employees rooted in the ‘why’ of the organization and the crucial importance of setting that as the touchstone to drive their decision making.

  • Module 3: Trust - Explains the 3 elements managers need to establish in order to create and maintain the trust of team members.

  • Module 4: Execution - Prepares managers for the differences they can expect to see as the team navigates the execution of strategies and day-to-day performance within the context of the change at hand.

  • Module 5: Overcoming resistance to change - An equation we have developed to aid in overcoming the (likely inevitable) resistance to change that managers will experience from team members.

  • Module 6: Self Care - Actions to stay healthy so that you can be in top form as a leader. It is your responsibility to show up for your team and the organization and as the adage goes, you’ll be no help if you haven’t put on your oxygen mask.
